Refund policy

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Policy 

All products at !CONIC are proudly designed and handcrafted in South Korea (Made in Korea). Our products are crafted using a "Made-to-Order" system, which ensures the highest level of craftsmanship and exclusivity for our limited-edition pieces. Please note that the production and preparation period takes approximately 14 business days (2 weeks) prior to shipping.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Within 24 Hours of Purchase: You may freely cancel or modify your order, as production has not yet commenced.

  • After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour grace period has passed, your unique piece has entered the production phase. Due to the bespoke nature of our manufacturing process, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to size/color options once production begins.

Returns for Change of Mind In accordance with international consumer protection laws regarding "goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized," !CONIC does not accept returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Errors in selecting size, color, or design.

  • Requests for returns due to the stated 14-day production lead time.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

Defective Items & Shipping Errors If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, !CONIC will take full responsibility.

  • Reporting Period: You must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • How to Claim: Please send an email to info@studio-iconic.com with clear photos or videos of the defect/error along with your order number.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a pre-paid return label and proceed with a replacement or a full refund.

Shipping & Customs Liability

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately. !CONIC is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses or for packages lost due to non-compliance with local courier instructions. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for all original and return shipping fees.

  • Customs Duties: For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a package is returned due to non-payment of duties, a refund will be issued excluding original shipping costs and non-recoverable production expenses.

Potential Production Delays While we strive to meet our 14-day lead time, unforeseen delays in artisanal production may occur. In such cases, we will notify you via email (info@studio-iconic.com). Please note that minor delays in production do not qualify as a valid reason for a refund or cancellation.

Product Variance Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, slight variations in finish, size (up to ±2mm), and color (depending on monitor settings) may occur. These are characteristics of our unique manufacturing process and are not considered manufacturing defects.

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@studio-iconic.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 691-11, Madeul-ro, Dobong-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
